Quick Overview :
Cancelations or reschedules within 24 hrs will be charged $50. Client lateness of 10 min or more without contact will result in full session fee without refund.
If you are purchasing a Tongue Tie Release Program, payments will be billed like a Subscription: ie, automatically regardless of appointment date.
Myo DIY will not contact Client insurance for any reason. Client must facilitate all insurance information submissions personally.
Zoom calls while driving- even as a passenger- will not be accepted, due to zoom’s poor internet connection.
Parents/guardians are required to be present for the duration of the call with all children.
Myo DIY Services Contract
